Candi Coleman, MAI has over 25 years of experience in banking and appraisal. She served as Chief Appraiser of Umpqua Bank, where she was responsible for overseeing appraisal, environmental, and construction risk functions. Candi has also served as President of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and has Chaired the Spokane Historic Landmarks Commission. Candi is currently the Head of Lender Strategy for LightBox where she is working to bring technology solutions to banking grounded in real-world experience with regulators and key stakeholders.
