Lisa Keenan is the Senior Vice President Accounting, Global Controller at LightBox where she oversees all aspects of accounting including treasury, tax, technical and contract accounting and accounting operations. Her expertise includes monthly close processes, process improvements, system design and implementation, financial reporting, and internal controls implementation and oversight. She has successfully managed large, cross-functional teams on major projects, including M&A activities. Lisa excels in developing and executing strategies to drive business success and her diverse industry experience, combined with her strong leadership skills and ability to work across a wide range of organizational levels make her a valuable asset.

Prior to LightBox, Lisa was Senior Vice President Accounting, Global Controller at High Ridge Brands. She also served in controllership and financial planning and analysis roles during her tenures at GE Capital and Frontier Communications. Lisa spent the early part of her career in public accounting at KPMG and Ernst & Young. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Sacred Heart University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. She is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.
