Choose between the EDR Basic, Standard, and Premium Packages based on your scope of work and data needs.

The Basic Package combines Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps and either City Directories or Aerial Photos with the EDR Radius Map Report with Geocheck.  This combination is well suited for desktop reviews, RSRAs, and Phase I updates.

The EDR Standard Package and EDR Premium Package offer a comprehensive review, combining the “big four” historical resources, Sanborns, Aerials, City Directories, and Historical Topographic Maps with the EDR Radius Map with Geocheck.  The Premium Package adds an Environmental Lien/AUL Report.  Both packages are often used to help meet the ASTM E1527 standards.

The photos can be reviewed in traditional PDF format or, when purchased with an EDR Package or Radius Map, through EDR Lightbox.
