Katrina has built a 20+ year career leading marketing, brand, and demand generation across global advertising agencies, SaaS companies, and data-driven businesses. She specializes in helping complex, information-rich organizations clarify their story, build distinctive brands, and turn marketing into a predictable growth engine.

Most recently, Katrina served as Chief Marketing Officer at GoldenSource, a global enterprise data management provider for financial institutions, where she led a major brand and product repositioning, modernized demand generation, and tightened alignment between marketing, sales, and the board. Prior to GoldenSource, she was CMO at SBI Growth Advisory and Suzy, where she scaled marketing teams, launched new brand platforms, and built integrated campaigns that drove pipeline and revenue. Earlier, she was VP, Global Head of Brand, Content, Digital & Paid Media at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), the world’s first expert network, where she built and led GLG’s inaugural global brand marketing organization across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Katrina’s leadership is grounded in extensive advertising experience at agencies including Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH), RAPP (Omnicom), AKQA, Accenture, and Y&R, where she led integrated campaigns for brands such as Verizon, Visa, Gilead, BrightHouse Financial, and The Trade Desk. She holds degrees in Arts and Business from the University of Auckland.
