Brad Wirth graduated from Michigan State University and relocated to Texas in the mid-1980’s.  Brad most recently relocated to Tampa, Florida in 2015.  He began his valuation career as a Fee Appraiser with a local auction/appraisal firm in Dallas and in late 1987 joined MBANK in Dallas as a staff appraiser.

Brad has navigated his way through the ranks and various bank mergers (most notable Bank One and JPMorgan Chase). Brad is currently an Executive Director, Appraisal Manager within the JPMC  Corporate Investment Bank. Prior to moving to the CIB Team, Brad was the Senior Manager overseeing the JPMorgan Chase Business Banking Appraisal Group. During his tenure, Brad implemented the internal Evaluation program and created a high-volume valuation and review process (e.g. valuation tools and automated forms) Brad was also a Senior Member with the appraisal database team and was a key SME in the migrations from APLOG (MS Access db) to Lotus Notes to RIMS® to C360. He also developed the Appraisal Department’s first intranet home page and SharePoint site.

Brad obtained the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a State Certified, General appraiser in Texas and Florida.  Brad has been active on the local level with the Appraisal Institute serving on various committees, such as being the Education chair for several years and serving on the board of directors.

Brad is married with 2 grown children and a 5-lb dog. He was a drummer in the MSU Marching Band and was in Drum & Bugle Corps.  He loved to play ice hockey until a knee injury curtailed his over 50 Beer League career.  He now has to settle for hacking the golf ball around the course and enjoying walks along the Florida beaches.
