Eric Frank


Eric Frank is the chief executive officer of LightBox, which helps commercial real estate clients manage data in all areas of property due diligence and compliance.  

Previously, Mr. Frank was a managing director at DMGI and DMGT, where he oversaw a portfolio of U.S. commercial real estate information companies. Before that, he was a director at AGDATA, a provider of payment facilitation, information services, and software. He held several roles at Thomson Reuters, including president of an investment advisory division. Mr. Frank began his career at Morgan Guaranty, where he helped create the ADR.com portal, which was later sold to Thomson Financial. He serves on the boards of The TIE, Social Market Analytics, and the Risk Assistance Network & Exchange. He holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from the University of Michigan. 


Albert Lojko 


Albert Lojko brings more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry to his role as the chief operating officer at LightBox.  

Previously, Mr. Lojko was an executive vice president and the head of global corporate solutions at Ipreo. Before that, he held several roles at Thomson Reuters, including global head of open platform technology strategy, where he was responsible for defining and delivering technology and capabilities to support the company’s open platform business model. Prior to that, he was the managing director of the equities business at Tradeweb. Mr. Lojko holds a bachelor’s degree in political economy from Tulane University.  


Dan Gottlieb 


Dan Gottlieb has devoted his career to working with data and software products for the real estate and structured finance markets. As the chief strategy officer at LightBox, he is responsible for identifying and evaluating new markets and strategic opportunities and providing leadership to LightBox’s data science and research and development teams. Among his areas of focus are commercial real estate diligence and valuation, environmental and climate risk, and broadband availability.   

Previously, Mr. Gottlieb was the chief strategy officer at Environmental Data Resources, leading its expansion beyond environmental assessments into the broader commercial real estate market. Before that, he was the chief operating officer at Trepp and part of a senior Trepp team selected by the Federal Reserve to be the commercial mortgage-backed security collateral monitor for the Term Asset Backed Securities Loan Facility during the financial crisis. Mr. Gottlieb is an active participant in the real estate technology industry, holding committee roles and carrying out speaking and writing engagements for the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, the Risk Management Association, and the American Society for Testing and Materials. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a master of business administration degree in finance and accounting from the New York University Stern School of Business. 


Mary Rusterholz 


Mary Rusterholz is the chief human resources officer at LightBox, where she focuses on all aspects of the employee experience and leads the company’s Diversity and Community activities. 

Previously, Ms. Rusterholz served as the chief human resources officer at Dynata, which offers a first-party data platform for insights, activation and measurement, and at Affinion Group, a global affinity marketing firm aligned with the financial services sector. Before that, she worked at Groupe DANONE on the Dannon Yogurt and Evian Brands. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Pace University. 


Amanda D. H. Allen 


Amanda D. H. Allen is the chief financial officer and a member of the executive committee at LightBox, where she is responsible for global accounting, finance, tax, and treasury functions. She is focused on building a scalable and sustainable platform for LightBox’s growth by integrating acquisitions, implementing an enterprise resource planning system, launching an automated software-as-a-service key performance indicator, and consolidating and optimizing treasury platforms. She leads the company’s strategic planning, annual operating planning, and capital allocation processes and evaluates merger and acquisition opportunities. 

Previously, Ms. Allen was the chief financial officer at High Ridge Brands. Before that, she held strategy and corporate finance roles at large multinationals such as PepsiCo and small and medium-sized private equity backed companies. She began her career in investment banking at UBS. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and a master of business administration degree from the New York University Stern School of Business. 


Paul Vogt 


Paul Vogt is the general counsel and company secretary at LightBox, where he is also a vice president and a member of the executive committee. He has management responsibility for the company’s legal, compliance, acquisition, contracting, and corporate secretarial functions. 

Previously, Mr. Vogt was the general counsel, North America, for the Daily Mail & General Trust. Prior to that, he was a partner in the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and a juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
