SVP, Customer Success, Service, and Operations

Dan DeMarco leads all customer experience functions at LightBox, including Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Fulfillment, and Revenue Operations. He is passionate about developing strong, diverse teams who build customer loyalty and deliver a market-leading experience. As LightBox continues to build new and innovative real estate solutions, he continues to evolve the service model to help customers achieve their business objectives with LightBox solutions.

Before joining LightBox, Dan held several leadership positions in his 10+ years with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and Thomson Reuters. At LSEG, he most recently led the transformation of the global Customer Success organization, achieving significant improvements in customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction. He also held several key operations and finance leadership roles throughout his tenure.

Earlier in his career, Dan spent several years at PwC, advising clients in the financial services and media industries. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Economics and a Master’s Degree in Accounting & Information Analysis from Lehigh University.
