Martha Coacher leads corporate marketing for LightBox, which is transforming the commercial real estate landscape by connecting every step of the CRE process with comprehensive tools and data.  With more than 20 years of experience, Ms Coacher develops go-to-market strategies with programmatic marketing plans for LightBox insights, data, and technology solutions.

Since joining LightBox in 2023, Ms. Coacher has focused her expertise on supercharging the brand awareness and demand generation for the LightBox suite of products with an integrated content management approach. She has led the launch of the LightBox CRE Activity Index, Quarterly Market Snapshot Reports, Environmental Due Diligence Podcast, and The CRE Weekly Podcast, which she also moderates. 

Prior to LightBox, Ms. Coacher held numerous marketing leadership positions for B-to-B information and technology firms.  Most recently, she was the chief marketing officer for CRE data firm Trepp, Inc, where she built a comprehensive marketing operation from the ground up with a full complement of research, insights, and value-added content to drive interest and demand. She was named a CRE Marketing Influencer in 2022 by GlobeSt.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Coacher worked in the information services and pharmaceutical-related industries performing the full scope of marketing responsibilities including multi-media and digital marketing production, public relations, advertising, and special events.  She has held leadership positions at outsourcing firms Paragon Solutions and PKS Information Services.  She launched her career in technology at IBM Corporation, which set her on her course in the field of technology marketing.

Ms. Coacher holds a B.A from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science from Northwestern University. She has served as a volunteer for English as a Second Language students, and an adult reading instructor for GED students.  She also has served as corporate mentor and an employee resource group executive sponsor.
