Dianne Crocker is a trusted advisor and respected expert on strategic intelligence for consultants; benchmarks on risk management practices; commercial real estate market trends and forecasting; and technology trends. She a principal analyst with LightBox, a leading technology provider of due diligence, risk management, location intelligence and workflow solutions for the commercial real estate industry. The company supports decision-making for more than 100,000 CRE brokers and investors, 1,100 banks and lenders, 2,000 appraisal firms, and 5,000 environmental consulting/engineering firms.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, she has analyzed the market through three cyclical downturns. Dianne is a prolific speaker and thought leader, regularly speaking at leading industry conferences, webinars, and LightBox’s own events. In 2015, Dianne created the annual PRISM awards, a one-of-a-kind award program to shine a light on the creativity, innovation, influence, leadership, and achievement of excellence in the property due diligence and commercial real estate lending industries. In 2019, she channeled her passion for mentoring into the creation of the LightBox Developing Leaders program, now in its fourth year of providing education and mentor connections to the next generation of leaders in commercial real estate risk management. Globe St. Real Estate Forum just recognized Dianne among their 2022 Women of Influence based on career achievements, community outreach and mentorship within the industry. She was also selected by Connect Media as one of ten national winners of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Awards, which honors the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others. LightBox recently appointed Dianne to its inaugural Diversity & Inclusion Council to contribute to the development of a companywide roadmap for championing new diversity and inclusion initiatives through talent acquisition strategies, employee education, mentoring, outreach, and events. She is also a passionate member of Boston CREW and was just elected as the chapter’s 2022-2023 CREW Delegate, as well as a member of CREW Network’s Industry Research Committee. CREW Network’s President also appointed Crocker as a 2022 member of the association’s Nominating Committee, responsible for appointing the governing board.
