Eric Frank is a corporate leader with expertise in customer-driven business innovation and product development, global business development, organic growth, strategic leadership, customer-driven management, global market expansion, operational infrastructure, and more. As the Founder & chief executive officer of LightBox, he is guiding the company’s formation and transformation into the leading data and analytics platform for the commercial real estate sector. He is known for his ability to attract top talent, foster innovation, and galvanize organizations to surpass their corporate goals.

Previously, Mr. Frank was a managing director at DMGI and DMGT, where he oversaw a portfolio of U.S. commercial real estate information companies. Before that, he was a director at AGDATA, a provider of payment facilitation, information services, and software. He held several roles at Thomson Reuters, including president of an investment advisory division, and helped lead the integration of Thomson Financial and Reuters. Mr. Frank worked with a private equity firm to pursue the acquisition of a corporate services asset from Thomson Reuters and negotiated changes to the proposed deal structure, enabling an increase in bid value with no impact on returns.

Mr. Frank began his career at Morgan Guaranty, where he invented and built the ADR.com portal in the early dot.com era, delivering $12 million in revenues in just two years to position the company for an eventual $200 million sale to Thomson Financial. He serves on the boards of The TIE, Social Market Analytics, and the Risk Assistance Network & Exchange. He holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from the University of Michigan.
